Wax Rabbit is a hidden speakeasy tucked inside Mijo Modern Mexican at Durango Casino & Resort in Las Vegas — and finding your way in is part of the experience. Here’s how:
- Head to Durango Casino & Resort and park free in the garage or surface lots.
- Walk into Mijo Modern Mexican.
- Look for the marigold hallway and follow it back. You’ll reach a wall of tequila lockers — look closely, because one of them is the door.
Once inside: Wax Rabbit is 21+ with a valid ID, upscale casual, and open Tuesday–Saturday from 6pm (closed Sunday & Monday). Expect all-vinyl DJs, craft cocktails, and a deep tequila and mezcal selection. Reservations are recommended; walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
